Terms of Service

What TelegramRouter does, what it does not do, and what each of us is responsible for. Written in plain language on purpose: a clause you cannot read is a clause you cannot agree to.

What TelegramRouter is

TelegramRouter is a message forwarding tool. It reads new messages in the Telegram channels and groups you select — channels your own account already belongs to — and re-sends them to the Telegram channels you configure, as new messages from your account, optionally wrapped in a template you wrote.

That is the whole of it. We do not produce content, we do not sell access to any channel, and we do not decide what you forward. Which channels to listen to, where to deliver, and whether you are permitted to re-post that content are your decisions.

Who provides it

TelegramRouter is provided by Victor Araya Jiménez, operating as a sole trader in Costa Rica. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that person, and “you” means whoever holds the account.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

You must also be permitted to use Telegram and to re-post the content you forward, under Telegram's terms and the law of wherever you are. We do not check that and we cannot: only you know what the channels you follow allow. If using this service would breach a rule that applies to you, do not use it.

Your account

One account, one person, one connected Telegram account. Keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

You may not resell access, share one account between several people, or use the service to run forwarding for third parties as a business of your own.

Connecting your Telegram

You connect your own Telegram account the same way you would add a new device: your phone number and the code Telegram sends you, plus your two-step password if you use one — that goes straight to Telegram and is never stored by us. That gives us a session which can read the channels you are already in and post where you can post.

We use it only to listen to the channels you selected and to deliver messages to the destinations you configured. We do not join or leave channels on your behalf, and we do not read your private chats.

Your Telegram account stays subject to Telegram's own terms. Automated activity through a user account can be restricted by Telegram, including rate limits and, in extreme cases, account limitations. You accept that risk when you connect; if Telegram limits or closes your account, we cannot restore it.

The content you forward

Everything the router delivers is content you chose to take from one place and publish in another. You are the publisher of the forwarded copy.

You are responsible for having the right to re-post it: the source channel's rules, copyright and database rights, Telegram's terms, and any confidentiality the content carries. Some channels explicitly restrict re-posting; respect that.

We will suspend forwarding that we are told, credibly, infringes someone's rights, and we will comply with lawful takedown requests.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Plans are sold and charged through Hotmart, which acts as the seller. Your payment details go to Hotmart, not to us — we never see your card.

Because Hotmart is the seller, its terms govern payment, invoicing, renewal, cancellation and refunds, and they take precedence over anything on this page. Cancel from your Hotmart account, and address refund requests to Hotmart. We can point you to the right place, but we cannot take a payment or reverse one.

Access follows the subscription: when it lapses, so does access.

What you may not do

  • Use the service for anything unlawful where you are
  • Forward content you have no right to re-post, or use the service to plagiarise a channel wholesale against its rules
  • Use it to spam, harass, defraud or impersonate anyone
  • Break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Resell, sublicense or white-label the service
  • Present it as your own product, or claim that we endorse your channels
  • Use it in any way that breaks Telegram's terms

The parts we do not control

The service depends on Telegram and on our hosting providers. Any of them can be slow, wrong or unavailable, and when they are, messages may be missed, delayed or fail to deliver.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram or Hotmart. Their trademarks belong to them.

We do not refund for downtime caused by a third party, and we cannot recover a message a third party failed to deliver.

Availability and the state of the product

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise every message will be delivered — a delivery can fail, and the history will say so.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you are paying for, you are free to cancel.

Limits on what we owe you

Every message this service posts was set in motion by a channel you chose and rules you configured. The consequences of publishing forwarded content are yours.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed messages, delayed messages, messages delivered somewhere you no longer wanted, claims arising from content you forwarded, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable in spite of that, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending it

You can stop at any time: cancel through Hotmart, switch listening off, and disconnect Telegram.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to close, or that is being used in a way that puts other users or the service at risk. Where it is reasonable to warn you first, we will.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards is how you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, and its courts have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in a place with mandatory local protections, this does not take those away.
